1. Services

Goin’ Postal Madison provides shipping, printing, mailbox rental, notary, fingerprinting, and related office services. All services are subject to availability, carrier requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Shipping Services

• Shipments are subject to the terms of UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
• Shipping rates are determined at the time of transaction.
• Carrier delays, damage, or lost shipments are the responsibility of the carrier.
• Claims must be filed through the carrier's official claims process.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring shipment contents are legal and comply with carrier and customs regulations.
• We reserve the right to refuse any shipment.
• Guaranteed delivery applies only according to the carrier's published guarantee.

3. Packing Services

• Professional packing is available for an additional fee.
• We are not responsible for damage to items packed by customers.
• Customer-packed boxes may be inspected before acceptance.
• We may recommend repacking if carrier standards are not met.

4. Mailbox Rental

• Mailbox rentals require a signed rental agreement.
• Rental fees become non-refundable once the rental period begins.
• Accounts may be terminated for non-payment, illegal use, or violation of the agreement.
• Virtual mailbox services are provided through our platform partner and subject to their separate terms.

5. Printing Services

• Customers are responsible for reviewing submitted files before printing.
• We are not liable for customer-supplied file or design errors.
• Print jobs cannot be canceled after production begins.
• We reserve the right to reject unlawful, offensive, or copyright-infringing print requests.

6. Notary Services

• Notary services are provided by commissioned Alabama notary publics.
• Customers must provide valid identification.
• We are not responsible for incorrect information supplied by customers.
• We reserve the right to refuse notarization where permitted by law.

7. Fingerprinting Services

Fingerprinting services are facilitated through Fieldprint. Customers register and pay directly through Fieldprint. We are not responsible for background check processing or results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Living Postal LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Happy Living Postal LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Madison County, Alabama.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
