Not always. For UPS, FedEx, and DHL, we scan every package into the system — if you want a printed receipt, just ask. For USPS drop-offs, we don’t scan packages into a system, but we’re happy to acknowledge receipt if needed.
It depends on the type of return. Standard pre-labeled Amazon returns through UPS or FedEx can be dropped off here. However, “no box, no label” QR code returns are only available at select locations like UPS Store or Kohl’s. If your return has a label, we can print it and process it for you.
You can email us your label and we’ll print and attach it for you. For printing and prep work, there may be a small fee, though it’s often waived for quick jobs or existing customers.
Most FedEx QR codes are accepted at our location. Some are limited to FedEx Office stores, but we can often print the label from your email so you don’t need to go elsewhere.
